Psychotherapy Group for Loved Ones of Individuals with Personality Disorders

Being in close relationships with someone who has a personality disorder can bring about emotional and confusing experiences. This psychotherapy group led by Dr. Rachel Altman offers a supportive, non-judgemental space for loved ones — partners, parents, adult children, and siblings — to explore the psychological impact of these relationships. Grounded in psychoeducation and psychodynamic understanding, this group will offer participants a chance to learn about personality disorders, common relational patterns, and the emotional toll these dynamics can take. Members will be invited to reflect on their own experiences, develop healthier boundaries, and gain tools for coping, all while connecting with others who share similar struggles.

Virtual Weekly Meetings (time based on client availability) $100/group session (eligible for out-of-network reimbursement)
