Divorced Dads Group

A supportive space for fathers navigating the challenges and transitions of live after divorce.

Divorce brings profound changes - not only to family structure and daily life but also to one’s identity as a father, partner, and individual. This weekly group offers a space for divorced dads to process the emotional and practical challenges of this transition while connecting with other men who share their experiences.

In this group, we will explore:

  • Processing grief, loss, and the complex emotions that follow divorce

  • Working through anger, frustration, and lingering conflict

  • Navigating custody challenges and co-parenting dynamics

  • Adjusting to a new identity as a single father

  • Exploring new relationships, dating, and intimacy post-divorce

  • Finding balance between personal healing, parenting, and rebuilding life

Through guided discussion, mutual support, and real-time feedback, group members will gain emotional clarity, learn new coping strategies, and build resilience for the road ahead. This group also offers a space to strengthen communication skills, improve co-parenting relationships, and find deeper connection with oneself and others.

All divorced or divorcing fathers are welcome, regardless of where you are in the healing process.

This group is led by Anthony Marino, PsyD and meets virtually - based on client availability. Rate: $100/session (sliding scale available).
