Men’s Group
A weekly interpersonal process group for men seeking deeper connection, emotional insight, and meaningful change in relationships.
This group offers a supportive and non-judgemental space for men to explore the emotional and relational changes that often go unspoken — struggles with vulnerability, intimacy, isolation, and the expectations placed on men in relationships and in the world. Together, we examine how cultural norms around masculinity shape our inner lives and how we related to others.
Through guided, in-the-moment interpersonal exploration, members will:
Gain insight into relational patterns and how they are experienced by others.
Deepen emotional awareness and comfort with authentic self-expression.
Practice new ways of connecting that support intimacy, honesty, and accountability.
Work through challenging emotions such as shame, anger, and disconnection.
Build greater trust in themselves and others.
Whether you find yourself feeling misunderstood, emotionally disconnected, or unsure how to form or sustain fulfilling relationships, this group can help you reconnect — with yourself and those around you. As trust deepens among group members, you will have the opportunity to try on new ways of being — more open, more embodied, more fully yourself — while offering support and reflection to others doing the same. The group becomes a laboratory for growth and a community for healing.
All men are welcome, regardless of prior therapy or group experience.
