Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers the opportunity to tackle difficult and confusing experiences in a safe and confidential space. The goals and topics of individual therapy may include, but are not limited to:
addressing symptoms of disorders, such as depression and anxiety
relationship concerns
professional struggles
exploring the past and understanding one’s history
issues around one’s sexuality and/or gender
We work in collaboration with our patients to set and refine treatment goals. No matter the issue, therapy can help individuals to develop resources and skills to cope with life’s disappointments, transitions, and joys with the aim of enhancing positive experiences and diminishing painful ones.
