A group for Asian and Asian American Women

This weekly interpersonal process group offers Asian and Asian American women a space to connect with others while exploring relationships, identity, and emotional experiences in a supportive and reflective environment.

You may find yourself navigating different expectations across family, culture, and daily life, or noticing patterns in how you relate to others that feel difficult to shift on your own. Group therapy provides a unique opportunity to better understand these experiences through real-time interactions with others, offering new perspectives and deeper insight.

While each person’s experience is unique, the group provides space to explore themes such as identity, belonging, family and cultural influences, communication patterns, self-expression, and navigating relationships across different contexts.

All adult Asian and Asian American women are welcome, regardless of prior therapy or group experience.
