Neurodivergent Adults Process Group
Living with neurodivergence in a world that wasn’t designed with you in mind can be difficult, particularly when you also experience anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health challenges. Many neurodivergent adults have spent years masking, being misunderstood, or feeling that the results of their efforts don’t reflect how hard they’ve worked.
This weekly psychotherapy group offers a supportive, confidential, and neurodiversity-affirming space for adults who identify as autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent and who also live with co-occurring mental health concerns. Together, members can explore how their neurotype and mental health interact, consider the implications of this interaction on relationships and identity development, and connect with others who understand their experience firsthand.
This group is led by Molly Tow, PhD and meets virtually - based on client availability.
Rate: $100/session (sliding scale available).
